Completely untrustworthy and after addressing the owners by certified mail and still being ignored, they DO NOT CARE about you as a customer. Trusted them in purchasing a vehicle only to find out the following information in a response letter AFTER we had to retain a lawyer to try to get them to take responsibility for the issue, of which we are still fighting for a new transmission. Per Junge's lawyer:

First, they NEVER DISCLOSED to us that transmission fluid was seen before purchase. Second, if they drove and inspected it several times, I'm not sure how when only 10 miles were put on it between the trade in from the other party and us purchasing it because we drove those 10 miles for the test drive. Finally, they say they placed the car on the lot for sale. Nope, the following email is from Monte Boevers who we contacted Sunday by email before the car even had a picture on the website. He bumped it ahead for us to look at that Monday night.

Great Service! Could not have been better!

Mike Sands and Zane in the service department are awesome! I had a strange and difficult to locate rattling noise on my CX-5, and they were able to locate it and fix it! After dealing with this rattling noise for months, I am so happy that it is fixed. Despite how challenging it was to find the source of the rattling, Mike and Zane never gave up - they found the problem and fixed it! In addition to being very talented, they are also very friendly. If you want the job done right, take your car to these guys.

Doesn't look like they ever placed it on the lot for sale, huh? Lies, lies, and more lies. What's even more disappointing is after spending $1000 in lawyer fees and getting nowhere with them, we still have a transmission that they took upon themselves to "fix" by grinding down the transmission case and putting an epoxy plug in it. They did this without our permission and made us feel they did us a favor by "fixing" it. They have the documentation as do we where it states that Honda recommended replacing the transmission. How does that make you feel regarding your family's safety in driving a vehicle sold by them? If they did it to us, they'll do it to you.

"During my client's (Junge) inspection of the vehicle prior to it being offered for sale, the technician noticed a small amount of old and discolored transmission fluid near the neck. His belief was that someone had been sloppy in adding or replacing the transmission fluid. The transmission case was thoroughly cleaned. The transmission was not due to be serviced according to the records, so the fill plug/cap was never removed to show the broken piece in the neck. The vehicle was driven and inspected several times. No leaks were visible and as a result, the car was placed on the lot for sale."

"Good deal! I actually bumped this Honda Accord ahead in our detail process. My service department finished their safety inspection this morning and then we sent it to our detail department. They completed their job as well. It is ready to be sold if you like this Accord."
