Pat needed to replace her car so the process began. After asking several friends model they recommended and who they recommend we stopped at Dave Wright and asked for Trent Lamb who was referred to us by one of his customers. The car we originally went to look at turned out not the car she wanted so we asked what else they had. Turns out we bought the Sales Manger's Altima that had about 2,500 miles on it for a very reasonable price. Trent was pleasant to work with, and very professional. Answered all the questions, very patient. Drove the car away after trading in the old and has since recommended Trent to several of our friends. This is a different dealership, very friendly. Highly recommend you stop it and chat with Trent. Should have stopped there first.
Great service team and the new location has a lot more area for cars to be serviced. The mechanics are also re as l good. Granted, they are not cheap but they do quality work. Looking at their certificates they have been a mechanic for 20 years or more. Those are the people who I trust with my car.
Dave Wright’s shop couldn’t be better! Fast, efficient, easy to schedule with excellent follow up! I love the extended warranty plan with service included. 30,000 mile check was done recently. My 2016 Legacy is perfect with only minimal wear on the tires. Environment is people and dog friendly. It’s very relaxing and accommodating while you relax for waiting for your car. I thought it would take a lot longer and I was a little disappointed that I had to leave so soon! I will always drive a Subaru after my experience with Dave Wright in Hiawatha!
They also have a new service manager. I spoke with him several times, and he seems like a top notch manager.
I've had a wonderful experience at Dave Wright! My husband bought his car here and we worked with multiple fantastic salespeople. A month later my previous car was totaled and I was needing to find a car I wanted quickly. They worked with me diligently to make sure I found something I'd be very happy with and they were able to provide me with alternate transportation until the car I purchased was available. They've kept in constant contact with me to provide updates and see if I have any questions. I would highly recommend Dave Wright and would definitely return for another vehicle purchase!
I worked with Kevin Carter in November 2017. Kevin worked hard to find the right car for me at the right price. He also coordinated really well with the Service Department by getting a part I wanted added so that I could get out the door quickly. Kevin made sure my car was thoroughly clean and had a full tank of gas since I was about to go on a long trip. I am new to the Subaru family but I anticipate buying cars from the Dave Wright dealership in the future.
