They over charge for services that are not delivered. They allow some lots to be in total disrepair and do nothing about correcting it.

The maintenance guys are very helpful
They had four free trailers and said it was first come first serve and when I put in my application for lot rent they said I was the only application they had in at the moment and when I called back to check on my application they said all four trailers were gone I told them that is not how you do business and I would be writing a review.
