Someone suggested Window World.. I highly suggest otherwise... The guy that came to our house, ordered the one types.. half of our windows were already out by the time the sub contract went to install, huge gaps from it not being the right window.. had to get ugly trim from lumber company to frame around inside windows for them to fit.. I'm currently having water fill my window sill, solid ice! Molding around all windows, ice inside my house on the windows, iscles in between the panes.. my son's room is about 20 degrees below rest of house... And the house isn't warmer! Our bills are higher now. We got ripped and scammed, our old windows were better quality.. we will be contacting them to make it right, or we are gonna Sue for their neglect! And yes, we took pictures of all this.. it's been 2 years and nothing but problems!! Not happy my kids have mold growing and water filling their window sill!
I'm a disabled combat vet and Window World screwed me by putting in 12 pocket windows of 18 windows that were supposed to be new construction. They acknowledge that they defrauded me, but refuse to install them correctly. Don't trust this company or there installers.
Poor quality of windows. New windows installed and had issues from beginning. Windows leaked in water, windows had air leaks, window had screen installed with torn hole. Poor customer service when trying to get issues resolved. Had to clean my house for 5 hours after install due to workers. Had to continually call them to get install scheduled. Highly suggest you go elsewhere.
How is zero stars not an option? Horrible customer service. They had the measurements wrong and said it was our fault. Seriously? This is how you treat people? "You signed the contract..". Absolutely abhorrent service. Your treatment of people is loathsome; the "manager" was a petulant, self righteous child. I know a place where you can put that window we ordered.
I had a great experience from start to finish. No pressure, Kendall the sales person was professional and courteous. The installers were on time, clean, and did a great job.
