The second time I called ahead and asked about wait time. I was told there were four patients ahead of me and two doctors in. It took more than an hour and 15 minutes to be called back. You are lucky if a nurse comes out to call a patient every 20 minutes. If your insurance allows it, go to the mercy urgent care. This is a poorly run facility and it's very clear the staff is not in any hurry to change.
I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Went in Sunday morning and there was a total of 4 patients the whole time I was there. The wait to go back to the room was normal but once in the room I waited over an hour and I finally just walked out and went else where. Do not go you.
Need a negative star for this place! Have been here 2 hours in URGENT CARE with my 90 year old mother because when I came in to ask if HER doctor would call in a presciption for her for a sinus infection was told that he was only working one half day and that she could be seen in urgent care! There was only two people with babies ahead of us and only ONE has been called back! The other is still waiting as well as us! This place does not deserve to considered URGENT CARE! This is the second time we have been refused service by our doctor HERE at this clinic because he was working a half day and sent to the urgent care side of clinic. UPDATE: 2 HOURS 15 MINUTES AND THE BABY AND US ARE STILL WAITING!!!
The first time I went to urgent care at 6pm, the receptionist had her head down on the keyboard and was napping. Despite being the only one in the waiting room, it still took 20 minutes to be called. I was there for an hour and a half after the doc ordered a flu test and nobody was in the lab because they were "really busy." I left without getting the labs or any meds.
I will not be going back to this office. This is the second time I've went there and they don't call me back with my lab results. Very unprofessional. When I called this morning they didn't even apologize. I've had a fever the past two days and they told me nothing is wrong.
Professional, courteous, prompt. The best walk-in clinic, very friendly, and excellent staff!!
