It's an awesome car wash with a very friendly staff. Professional equipment does a great job on your car and the vacuum cleaners are free. I don't know why everybody doesn't visit (Wright Wash) in the Cedar Rapids/ Hiawatha area. It's the best car wash around. Plus you can buy monthly memberships at a ridiculously low rate.
Never went in a car wash with my good car before but this car wash was recommended by a good friend so I thought what could go wrong? I've heard horror stories about automatic car washes so I'm very cautious and took pics of my car right before going in. The wash was ok until I noticed my antenna was bent. So I spoke with the manager (not angry, mistakes happen) and he told me the employees should have told me to bring it down/ take it off. He then got pissed, kicked caution cones, and proceeded to yell at the workers. Not very professional. Manager said he'd call me soon to work something out. He didn't. I came back a week later and he said he still hasn't talked to his boss about it. Since then still no call. Now I warn everyone I can about this car wash and tell them to go elsewhere.
I have 3 work vehicles set up for unlimited car washes a month and they are the best looking vehicles on the fleet. Most powerful vacuums in the whole city, AND since I've been set up with them, I've saved over $700 compared to paying each time at other places! I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and work customers. 10 STARS IN MY BOOK GUYS :-)
So I'm already having a not to so hot day. I go to the wright wash and of course get a great car wash but to continue my not so great day my keys get locked into my car while I'm vacuuming it. Which just sucks, but I went to the guys at the car wash and they got tools from Dave wright next door and helped unlock my car. Needless to say they didn't need to do that at all but they truly went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.
Like the free vacuum (you vacuum yourself) with any wash, but I purchased interior cleaning.. well, they don't do interior on Sundays. They told me to come back and they'll do the interior for me. Wish it would have stated somewhere that they don't do that on Sundays. The cleaning itself on the outside was ok. Kinda spotty after it dried. Spent $24. I could have spent $30 at mister carwash have everything.. interior, vacuum, mats, and have the best wash they have, AND dried (wiped down) on the outside and trim, and they do all of it for you. Not too impressed with Wright Wash.
