I was referred to Abra by the car dealership I get my vehicle services through. I couldn't have been happier with the experience! Chad was exceptionally pleasant, kept me up to date on the progress, and made sure the insurance and car rental companies coordinated everything for me. Work was completed days sooner than I expected. And my car came home today looking better than it did before we were hit! I am extremely meticulous about my vehicles (way overboard, lol) and Abra was awesome! Regular updates on the status of the repair and the end product was awesome! They made a bad situation (hitting a deer) MUCH less of a bad situation! Thanks!
Tried to charge me $80 to diagnose a check engine light that was on after their repair, when in fact it was caused by them not reconnecting something that they had removed during the repair.
